Midwest Network is…
a Regional Network of local congregations united under the Lordship of Jesus in the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. We are part of a larger Alliance of Reformed Churches.

Mission
Healthy Pastors : Healthy Churches
Midwest Network believes the local church is a vital part of the Great Commission. For this to happen, we must develop healthy churches and healthy pastors. Our Network is committed to assisting churches and pastors in Renewal, Discipleship, and Multiplication.
Strategy
We accomplish the work of our Network through Teams.
Admin Team
The majority of our Network business is accomplished through monthly meetings of our Admin Team. This team consists of representatives from each of our Clusters, Pastors, Elders, and Staff.
The Admin Team meets monthly on the 4th Monday.
Healthy Leaders Team
OT - the Ordination Team works with the Alliance - OOT to identify, assess, and resource candidates for ministry.
CKT - the Covenant Keepers Team(s) are set up by Cluster to keep leaders accountable to their Healthy Living/Learning Covenants and to ensure leaders are living according to our core convictions
Clusters - provide a safe space for pastors to enjoy fellowship, camaraderie, and equipping. We currently have 6 Clusters.
Healthy Churches
Vision/Mission/Strategy - training for churches to assess health and mission potential.
Transition Ministry - assisting churches through change and vacancy - including Pastoral Search Teams.
Conflict - seeking resolution during times of conflict between Pastor(s) and church leadership.
